Dr. Emily Blatt

Dr. Emily Blatt, DVM, is an Emergency Veterinarian at Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson with a special interest in soft tissue surgery, toxicology, and envenomations. 

Dr. Emily Blatt has been practicing emergency medicine for almost 8 years in Tucson, Arizona. She attended The Ohio State University for both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees. She moved to Tucson after graduation for a small animal medicine and surgery internship and has been here ever since. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, toxicology, and envenomations. She also loves teaching and has been a mentor within an internship program throughout much of her career. 

Dr. Blatt resides in Tucson with her husband of almost 10 years, her two daughters, and her pitbull/boxer mix, named Ryder. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, biking, and weight lifting.
